Wonderbar is happy to organize an unforgettable, special event for you! We offer Birthday Parties in Ridgway, Ouray, Montrose and Telluride, Colorado.
Birthday parties will take place at your home and include a hand drawn birthday banner/mural to paint (or a birthday card making station), a personalized & unique art project for your guests to bring home, as well as a few games and help with transitions between activities. Choose a birthday theme from below or let us plan a customized art project!
Timeframe: 1.5 hrs (plus 30min. set up & 30min. clean up).
Place: Your home (I will bring up to two tables, and tarps to keep your tables/floors clean)
Cost: $235.00 for up to 10 children in Ridgway, Ouray County & Montrose. $280 for up to 10 children in Placerville & Telluride. $10 for each extra child.
You provide: Food and drinks of your choice for your guests.
AGES
Ages 1-3: Art projects might include sensory play and sensory art experiences such as ice painting, collage on contact paper, animal/dinosaur wash station, construction play with rainbow rice, play dough etc. Parents/caregivers must be present at the party and are responsible for the children they are supervising. Group size for this age group is limited to 10 children.
Ages 3-5: Art projects might include story time and a customized art project. Choose a birthday project from the list below, or let us surprise you with a customized art project!
Ages 5 and up: Art projects might include more advanced materials and techniques. Choose a birthday project from the list below, or let us surprise you with a customized art project!
PROJECTS:
- Small Worlds: Spark your imaginations and create your own little small worlds to play with! Fairy gardens, mermaids, pirates, princesses, dogs, unicorns, dinosaur worlds – you name it!
- Mixed Media: Create a unique work of art or wall hanging! You might paint, print, layer, and collage to a topic of your choice! Flying fairies? Koala’s? Dragons? Leave it to us! We’ll make sure you’ll have fun & that you’ll leave with an art project that looks good too!
- Shadow Boxes: Create a shadow box, or stick theatre! Mermaids, underwater worlds, jungle landscapes etc. Much fun coming your way!
- Adopt a puppy: Adopt a mini plush puppy (~6inch height), decorate a dog house and make a little leash & collar tag for your new friend!
- Superheroes: Masks & capes to decorate, special powers, and superhero portraits/puppets! What’s not to love!
- Mobiles | Dreamcatchers: Like things that move? Want to catch the good dreams? We’ll add some extra’s like paint & fun accessories. You & your guests will love your dreamcatchers!
